School Presentations are designed as 1 hour interactive presentations that may include activity stations, live animals or insects, and as supportive education that creatively meets NGSS and Common Core standards for specified grades. All instructors have been cleared to work with children through the DOJ and are covered under company insurance to work on NMF scheduled sites. If you wish to schedule a presentation, please read the following terms.

School Presentations Terms

There is a 2 hr./ 2 presentation minimum for all presentations scheduled within Stanislaus County.

There is a 3 hr. / 3 presentation minimum for all presentations scheduled outside of Stanislaus County.

Presentations include all hands-on activities, instructor, and mileage within 20 miles of Modesto.

Mileage will be added for locations outside a 20 mile radius of the Modesto City limits (+$.54/mile).

There is a $50 non-refundable deposit due for each presentation, paid upon final date confirmation.

Due to limited availability, there will be a $25 charge to reschedule site presentations AFTER date confirmation. This must be paid prior to rescheduling or deposit will become forfeit.

Final balance due will be invoiced to site upon completion of presentation and will be due within 30 days of invoice receipt.
Fee Schedule
Programs are $150 each
($50 non-refundable deposit with $100 balance due after presentation)
5 % Off for 3 or more confirmed scheduled programs
(topics and dates may vary)
Complimenting Take-Home Mementos & Digital Activity Guide
Where appropriate, educational mementos and activity guides have been paired with presentations to enhance the learning experience of children.
These can be purchased in advance through our online store.
Digital activity guide will be emailed in advance and class mementos will be given
to teacher at the end of presentations.
