Yes! We are an Approved Vendor with many California schools, allowing student or school funds to cover the full cost of your order—including tax and delivery. Before purchasing, please check with your school to confirm that New Mettle Farms is an approved vendor. When you're ready to order, select “Offline Payment” at checkout instead of entering payment details. Then, follow your school’s process to submit a purchase order or voucher. We will align your order with the submitted payment before completing fulfillment. No problem! You can still purchase directly using a credit card or PayPal. You can also request that your school add New Mettle Farms as a vendor for future orders by spreading the word to your school administrators, collaborative learning groups, or other parent organizations. With 10+ families or school adminstrators expressing interest via our Vendor Request Form, we will begin the process of applying.

Pre-orders are scheduled for shipment once we receive either school payment authorization or direct payment and the corresponding interactive element has been scheduled. You’ll receive a confirmation email with an estimated shipping date based on your payment method: Credit Card or PayPal: Your order will be assigned the next available seasonal shipping window. School Funds: Shipping dates will be provided after the student has attended their scheduled interactive session. Once your package leaves our nursery, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you right away.

Our Student Coordinator will email a booking link for your chosen interactive element. Book the best session for your child(ren). Sessions are divided by student grades and will only have 25 participants, so book your best date ASAP! Visit your product pages to find the current session dates and times.
